Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms supplement the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy for Everdance Inc. By purchasing a subscription or starting a trial, you agree to these Subscription Terms.

1. Free or paid trial

We may offer a free or paid (for a small payment) trial subscription for the Services. Unless you cancel before the end of the trial, you will be automatically charged the price indicated on the payment screen or Apple's/Google's/our website payment screen for the subscription period you selected. If a trial is offered, this will be explicitly stated on the price screen before checkout. If it is not stated, you purchase a subscription without a trial. We may also offer discounted offers that renew at the full non-discounted price and other offers from time to time.

2. Subscription renewal

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (each week, month, 6 months, year, or otherwise, depending on the option you select at purchase) until you cancel.

3. Payment method

Payment will be charged to the payment method you submitted at the time of purchase at confirmation of purchase (after you confirm via single-touch identification, facial recognition, entering payment details on the web, or otherwise accepting the terms on the payment screen or pop-up provided by Apple, Google, or our website), or after the end of a trial period.

You authorize us to charge applicable subscription fees to the payment method you use. By completing checkout on our website where indicated, you authorize Everdance to debit the bank account or payment method specified for amounts owed for charges arising from your use of the Services and/or purchases, pursuant to our website and terms, until this authorization is revoked. You may amend or cancel this authorization by providing 30 (thirty) days' notice to Everdance. If you use the Services or purchase products periodically under our terms, you authorize periodic debits. Payments outside regular authorized debits will only be debited after your authorization is obtained.

4. Cancellation

Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscriptions.

  • Apple App Store: Cancel a trial or subscription by turning off auto-renewal in your Apple ID account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or current period. Apple support — subscriptions
  • Google Play: Cancel by turning off auto-renewal in Google Play account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or current period. Google Play help — subscriptions
  • Our website: To avoid being charged, cancel before the end of the current period by writing to support@everdance.app or using our contact form on the website.

Canceling disables automatic renewal, but you retain access to subscription features for the remainder of the then-current paid period.

Tip: We recommend that you take a screenshot of these Subscription Terms for your reference. This may help you manage your subscriptions.

5. Refunds

Subscriptions purchased via the App Store or Google Play are subject to those stores' refund policies. We cannot grant refunds for those purchases—you must contact the store.

Website purchases: Unless required by mandatory law or our Money-Back Policy, purchases are final and non-refundable once made. Everdance may provide refunds or cancellations where mandatory law requires or at our discretion under policies published from time to time. After your subscription period expires, we generally cannot refund amounts for consumed service unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Note for EU residents

If you are an EU user, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement for the purchase of digital content without charge and without giving any reason within fourteen (14) days from the date you conclude that agreement. The withdrawal right does not apply if performance of the agreement has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

YOU HEREBY EXPRESSLY CONSENT TO THE IMMEDIATE PERFORMANCE OF THE AGREEMENT AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU WILL LOSE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE AGREEMENT ONCE OUR SERVERS VALIDATE YOUR PURCHASE AND THE APPLICABLE PURCHASE IS SUCCESSFULLY DELIVERED TO YOU. Therefore, you will not be eligible for a refund unless the digital content is defective or unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

6. Changes to fees

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we may change subscription fees at any time. We will give reasonable notice by posting new prices in or through the app and/or by email or other prominent means. If you do not wish to pay new fees, cancel before the change takes effect.

7. Promotional coupons

From time to time we issue promotional coupon codes (for example, a $50 discount code shared through a campaign, partner, or our support team). Coupons are optional — you can always check out at the standard price without one.

How to apply a coupon

On the checkout screen, click "Have a coupon?", enter the 5-character code (letters and digits, case-insensitive), and confirm. Valid coupons are applied instantly: the discounted total replaces the original price, and the new total is what your payment method will be charged.

A single coupon can be redeemed once per customer. Coupons cannot be combined with other coupons, and cannot be applied retroactively to an order that has already been paid.

Coupons on subscription plans (4-week, 12-week, 24-week)

When a coupon is applied to a recurring subscription plan:

  • The discount applies to your first billing period only (the first 4, 12, or 24 weeks, depending on the plan you selected).
  • After that first period, the subscription renews automatically at the full non-discounted price shown next to the plan on the checkout screen, and continues to renew every period until you cancel.
  • All other subscription rules in Sections 2–6 above (renewal, payment method, cancellation, refunds, fee changes) apply unchanged.

The discounted first-period price and the full renewal price are both displayed on the checkout screen before you confirm payment. We recommend taking a screenshot for your records.

Coupons on the Lifetime Resident plan (one-time payment)

The Lifetime Resident plan is a single one-time payment, not a subscription. When a coupon is applied to this plan:

  • The discount reduces the one-time price (for example, from $149 to $99).
  • You are charged once. There is no renewal, no recurring billing, and nothing to cancel.
  • After payment, you receive lifetime access to the Everdance content and features included in the Lifetime Resident plan, as described on the checkout screen at the time of purchase.
  • Sections 2 (Subscription renewal), 4 (Cancellation), and 6 (Changes to fees) do not apply to Lifetime Resident purchases, because there is no subscription to renew, cancel, or re-price.
  • Refunds for Lifetime Resident follow Section 5 above and our Money-Back Policy.

Validity, expiration, and abuse

Coupons may have an expiration date, a per-code redemption limit, or be restricted to specific plans or regions. Expired, fully redeemed, or non-applicable codes will be rejected at checkout with an error message.

We reserve the right to invalidate coupons that are obtained or used in violation of these Subscription Terms, our Terms of Use, or applicable law (for example, codes obtained through fraud, resold without authorization, or used in bulk to circumvent per-customer limits), and to reverse or cancel any discount obtained in that way.
