Movement that feels like joy, not punishment.
Everdance started with one simple belief: women deserve a way to move that feels good in their body, fits their life, and doesn't ask them to be anyone but themselves. So we built a home-workout fitness platform around dance — no studio, no mirrors, no judgment. Just music, 2 m² of floor, and 15 minutes a day.
Across 60 countries
In a living room in Lisbon
Within the first 2 weeks
To make daily movement feel like the best part of your day.
We're a small, women-led team building soft, joyful dance experiences for the bodies and lives we actually have — not the ones we used to have, or wish we had.
Every class respects knees, hips, hormones and energy. Modify anything. Always.
Built by women, for women. From product to choreography to support.
If it doesn't feel good, we don't ship it. Movement should add to your day, not drain it.

Started in a living room. Now in 60 countries.
Everdance began in 2019 when our founder couldn't find a dance class that fit her body, her schedule, or her vibe. So she filmed one in her living room and sent it to a few friends.
Six years later, that little video has become a global community of women dancing at home — from kitchens in Atlanta to balconies in Seoul.
We're still small. We're still independent. And we still believe the best gym in the world is the 2 m² in front of your speakers.
