This Money-Back Policy is issued by Everdance Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") and supplements our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Subscription Terms. By purchasing on our website where this policy is presented at checkout, you agree to this Money-Back Policy.

App Store and Google Play purchases

This Money-Back Policy applies to purchases made directly on our websites when the money-back option is presented to you during checkout. Subscriptions or trials purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to those stores' refund policies only—we cannot grant refunds for those purchases. See our Subscription Terms for details.


I. Money-back guarantee rules

In addition to refund rights available under applicable law, if you purchased access to our app directly on our website and the money-back option was presented to you during checkout, you may be eligible for a refund if you do not like our app, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

  • you contact us at support@everdance.app within 30 days after your initial purchase and before the end of your subscription period; and
  • you have followed our program:
    • (i) at least 7 consecutive days within the first 30 days after purchase (for monthly, 3-monthly, and longer subscription periods); or
    • (ii) at least 3 consecutive days within the first 7 days after purchase (for weekly subscription periods); and
  • you are able to demonstrate that you have followed the program as described in How to demonstrate that you have followed the program below.

We will review your application and notify you (by email or otherwise) whether your application is approved.

How to demonstrate that you have followed the program

You must complete certain actions in the app to show that you have finished the required program:

  1. At least 7 classes (for monthly, 3-monthly, and longer subscription periods); or
  2. At least 3 classes (for weekly subscription periods).

Completion of a dance class means recording yourself on video in the app while previewing the class, then publishing the video in drafts or in the app's feed (using the Record button after completing the instructional part of the class).

Important statement

Only fulfillment of the requirements above allows you to receive a refund under this Money-Back Guarantee. For clarity, this Money-Back Guarantee does not apply to any other circumstances, including purchases made through app stores unless mandatory law requires otherwise.


II. General refund rules

We value your feedback and work to make our products and services meet your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may request a refund only as described in this policy and our Subscription Terms.

Generally, if you do not meet the conditions of the Money-Back Guarantee above, fees you paid are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless otherwise stated here or required by applicable law. We may consider other refund requests on a case-by-case basis and grant them at our sole discretion.

A refund can usually be claimed only during the subscription period. If the subscription period has expired before you submit a refund request, we will not be able to provide a refund, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

After your subscription period expires, the service is deemed consumed in full for purposes of this policy, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Note for EU residents

If you are an EU resident, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement for the purchase of digital content without charge and without giving any reason within fourteen (14) days from the date you conclude that agreement. The withdrawal right does not apply if performance of the agreement has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

YOU HEREBY EXPRESSLY CONSENT TO THE IMMEDIATE PERFORMANCE OF THE AGREEMENT AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU WILL LOSE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE AGREEMENT ONCE OUR SERVERS VALIDATE YOUR PURCHASE AND THE APPLICABLE PURCHASE IS SUCCESSFULLY DELIVERED TO YOU. Therefore, you will not be eligible for a refund under the statutory withdrawal right unless the digital content is defective or unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

This EU notice is consistent with our Subscription Terms and Terms of Use.

Any translation from the English version is provided for your convenience only. If there is any difference in meaning between a translation and the English version, the English version prevails.
