What is Ballet Body at home?

Ballet Body is a low-impact program inspired by classical ballet technique — pliés, tendus, port de bras — adapted for adult women practicing at home. The focus is on posture, long lean lines, mobility and the deep stabilising muscles that give ballet dancers their signature elegance.

No bar, no studio and no previous experience required. Short daily sessions improve your alignment, balance and grace, while gradually sculpting a stronger, more flexible body you'll feel in every step you take, on and off the mat.
