No Mirrors, Just Sensation

Unlike generic fitness programs that throw you into high-impact moves, or traditional ballet that demands perfection, Ballet Body Sculpt is different. We trade mirrors for internal sensation. Using just a chair for your 'barre,' you’ll learn to feel the work from the inside out.
