Bollywood Dance is a mix of dance styles performed in Bollywood films, including traditional Indian styles of Bharatanatyam, Kathak, folk styles, and modern Jazz, Hip-Hop or Belly Dance. Jazz gives a dancer form and style while Bollywood allows you to experience and open up the body in a fun way. It's not just a fitness class, it's a dance class!

This 45 minute class begins with the Warm up using Jazz style of Dance using structure and form making sure the body is ready to take the next 30 mins of high energy Bollywood dance routine and Destructure thereafter. The class helps you burn more than 800 calories and you have a routine ready to show off for the next Bollywood party!
What you'll learn
Pooja has performed her choreographies and taught at the prestigious CBS this morning, Dance USA Dance and in schools in India, New York City, California, Canada and Puerto Rico, Israel and Mexico.

She is the Brand Ambassador for Dance USA Dance, NYC and Hotstar, USA. She is also a consultant for a music school, a fitness start up and runs an international artist management company called Artists East West.

How is the course going?
Easy to learn
The application will allow you to learn dancing by watching short video lessons. Each lesson consists of three stages, which makes it as accessible as possible for dancers of any level. Information is given in such a way that you do not just copy the coach, but learn how to use a specific dance move - you learn to dance.
Self-control
What is more, you can record your performance of a dance move that you've just studied. You have the opportunity to assess your skills by comparing your performance and the coach's one.
Communication
You can create your own profile in the Everdance application where you can upload the results of your workouts and share them with your instructor and other users through the feed and get likes and comments.
