About the style

What is Heels dance?

Heels is a modern dance style that combines elements of jazz, contemporary and commercial choreography, performed in heels to highlight posture, lines and feminine power. The Everdance program teaches you how to walk, balance and dance in heels safely, even if you've never tried it before.

Classes progress from technique drills to full choreographies, so you build ankle strength, body awareness and stage-level confidence at your own pace. Practice barefoot first, then add your favourite heels when you're ready to feel unstoppable.
